In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "88zh," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 88zh online gaming platform operated under international gaming license and accessible at 88zh.bet.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 88zh platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the 88zh platform, associated with a unique Pakistani mobile number and CNIC.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a player's 88zh account, representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit issued by 88zh to a player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process conducted by 88zh, including CNIC document submission, required before a player's first withdrawal can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on qualifying games before it converts to withdrawable real money in the player's PKR Wallet.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, the 88zh platform is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the 88zh platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current version, together with 88zh's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 88zh with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 88zh platform, you must at all times:

88zh reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity via CNIC, and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 88zh platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number which will serve as your primary login identifier and the channel through which OTP-based two-factor authentication codes are delivered. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered mobile number and must notify 88zh support if your number changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted under your account. 88zh will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials.

88zh is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all player accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at 88zh's reasonable discretion, including upon large deposit activity or where account security indicators warrant review.

The standard KYC documentation requirements for Pakistani players are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and reverse sides;
• Proof of Age: Age confirmation is drawn from your CNIC date of birth field — no separate document is required provided the CNIC is valid;

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 88zh will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission and will restart the review timeline.

All deposits on the 88zh platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge deposit fees, however, individual payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer institutions) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 88zh's control.

Accepted deposit methods on the 88zh platform include:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet) — minimum Rs 200, credited within seconds;
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet) — minimum Rs 200, credited within seconds;
• HBL bank transfer — minimum Rs 500, same business day;
• UBL bank transfer — minimum Rs 500, same business day;

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the 88zh account holder. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account flagged for review.

88zh reserves the right to refuse any deposit or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, use of stolen payment credentials, or a violation of these Terms.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for any real money balance in their PKR Wallet, subject to completion of KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where feasible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure.

Withdrawal processing times by method are as follows, measured from the time of 88zh's internal approval of a complete withdrawal request:

• JazzCash: Under 5 minutes in standard processing conditions;
• EasyPaisa: Under 5 minutes in standard processing conditions;
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Same day to next business day;
• Card withdrawals: 1–3 business days subject to card issuer processing;
• USDT: Within 24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation.

88zh may impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonus funds in the player's account. Players are advised to check their active bonus status prior to submitting a withdrawal request.

All bonus offers issued by 88zh, including but not limited to the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and refer-a-friend rewards, are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time of issue. Players must read and accept the terms of any bonus before claiming it. General bonus conditions applicable to all 88zh promotions are set out below.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise on the individual promotion page, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages. Game-specific contribution rates are listed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, systematic play designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, or coordination between multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players only, one time per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitute multiple account abuse.

Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these General Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail with respect to that game.

All RNG-based games on the 88zh platform use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles reflect the outputs of this independent certification and are stated within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication disruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round or bet, 88zh reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's PKR Wallet. 88zh is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from technical errors, software malfunctions, or incorrectly displayed odds caused by system faults.

Sports betting at 88zh — including cricket, PSL match betting, football, UFC, and all other sports markets — is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting market page.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed by 88zh, the odds are locked at the confirmed value.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of its originally scheduled start time, or abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable sport's governing rules, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to the PKR Wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time during the course of the event. 88zh is not liable for bets placed during periods of temporary market suspension.
• Maximum Winnings: The maximum payout per single bet settlement is Rs 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupees) unless otherwise stated on the specific market. This cap applies to the total winnings paid on any single bet confirmation, regardless of the stake or odds involved.
• Obvious Errors: 88zh reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a data feed error, manual input error, or system fault. Obvious pricing errors will be corrected and affected bets voided with stakes returned, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of placement.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88zh platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating more than one account on the 88zh platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any form of scripting to interact with the 88zh platform;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting context to gain an unfair advantage;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or incorrectly offered odds;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88zh staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or account restrictions applied by 88zh.

88zh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming closure;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive and may be subject to administrative closure after notice;
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements that mandate account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any real money balance in the player's PKR Wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 5–10 business days. Accounts closed due to fraud or material Terms breach will have their balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any 88zh platform content in any form without the prior written consent of 88zh.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88zh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 88zh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88zh's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 88zh account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88zh does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 88zh will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows that will affect platform availability, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned outages or technical disruptions.

88zh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by posting a notice on the 88zh platform and, where the change materially affects player rights, by direct notification to the player's registered contact channel.

Amended Terms take effect from the date indicated in the updated version header. Your continued use of the 88zh platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
